Abstract

Trans fatty acids arefound in matıy food stuffs. Their contribution itıto daily fa t intake is 4 to 12 percent which is 2-4 percent of daily energy consumption. This editörial notes review the relation between trans fatty acids intake and coronarv heart disease.
