Abstract

This study investigates the degree of acidity and the level of lead contaminated through earthemvare containers. The lead analy sis has been carried out by AAS method. The estimated level of lead in yoghurts sold in earthenware containers were found to b~ above the limits suggested by FAO/WHO.
